Professional desktop polariscope

This polariscope is a new design concept, it uses LED illumination with brightness variable control, equipped with Li-Ion rechargeable battery, enables a cordless operation.

A polariscope is used to detect if a stone is mono or bi-refractive, as well to determine “strain” in diamonds. It also useful for distinguishing solid inclusions from negative inclusion as well as for spotting polysynthetic twinning.
