Full payment is requested by bank transfer upon receipt of the order confirmation, unless specific agreements previously shared with our sales representatives. Our bank account will also be indicated in the order confirmation, as well as the billing currency.

Payment procedure.

Once you complete the order process, the order will be forwarded to our sales department that will issue an order confirmation, including shipping charges, insurance and incidental fees, depending on the destination Country. This document will also confirm the expected delivery date.

Payment will therefore be required, only upon receipt the order confirmation by our customer. Since the bank transfer in certain cases requires some days for collection according to the banks involved or particular international law, is not attributable to Bottazzi Tech Srl responsible for any slippage in the execution date of the order.
