Achromatic objective

This achromatic objective 0.63x is built for SM optics. Its black cylinder with two silver stripes to indicate the possibility to attach a fiber optic light source. This achromatic objective 0.63x is built with a metal body and can be coupled with optics by its screw coupling.

Objectives together with eyepieces are the elements that directly contribute to microscope configuration. As objectives affect the magnifying factor and the working distance, for this reason it is important to use one when a higher or lower distance is required (i.g. stone setters or watchmakers applications).
The magnification factor of this achromatic objective will also affect any image capturing system when used.
